In late 2011, we were hired to design a consumer-facing publication for the Marin Builders Association, Marin Home magazine. Our objective was to shift the existing marketing and branding strategy to support an editorial model that would increase brand awareness with homeowners while breathing new life into the organization. An immediate increase in market-share proved the project was successful and it continued gaining until June of 2016.
